Replaces the
loggerlogic with a simple in-memory byte buffer. As far as I can tell, it exhibits the same behaviour.The context behind the change is I'd like to update function-runner to use
wasmtime-wasiinstead ofwasi-commonand being able to use the default in-memory byte buffer means that change will be easier to make.
