Please remove this edit.

The ms.date should be set to the original publish date of the article, not the date it was updated. The site rendering engine will use the commit history of the file to set the last modified date.

@andrewconnell I have reverted the change related to ms.date. Sorry I was not aware that now we need not to change this date.
