PR Description:

Adds a reusable Script Include that wraps GlideSchedule for common working-time scenarios:

• Add working hours to a start date
• Calculate working minutes between two dates
• Get the next open time
• Check if a datetime is inside the schedule

It respects holidays and time zones from the schedule, has input validation, and returns plain objects for easy consumption in Business Rules, Flows, and Integrations.

Includes README, Script Include, and a background usage example.
