We wouldn't need a background script to insert a single user record into the table (we would never have this use case in real time as this is very basic thing available to user admins/admins from the UI)

At Hactoberfest we are aiming for high quality contributions that are helpful for the open source.
Please avoid submitting low effort PRs.
