PR Description: Delete all closed incidents older than 90 days, but exclude records linked to active change requests or tasks to prevent accidental data loss. This helps in database optimization and improves system performance.

Deleting incident records isn't a recommended practice. The standard approach is to archive records that are no longer actively needed rather than permanently removing them, as deletion can impact dependencies, reporting, audit trails etc..
