📌 Description
This client-side function, openEditLastCommentModal(), enhances the Incident form experience by allowing users to edit the most recent Work Notes or Additional Comments directly from a modal dialog—without leaving the form.
It uses the GlideModal API to launch a UI Macro (edit_worknotes_comments_inc) and passes the current incident’s sys_id to pre-load relevant data. This interaction is triggered by a UI Action configured as a form button (Client: true, Form Button: true), enabling quick and intuitive editing for agents.
This approach improves communication accuracy and speeds up ticket updates by avoiding full page reloads or manual comment searches.
