PR Description:

This scheduled job sends reminder emails to assigned agents of Priority 1 Change Requests due within the next 24 hours.

Process:
Queries Priority 1 change requests that are not closed or canceled and due within 24 hours.
Sends email reminders to the assigned agent.
Can be scheduled to run every hour, daily, or as needed.
