Fix - Token options loading and Solana payment state

1. Fixed token options loading state (packages/connectkit/src/hooks/useTokenOptions.tsx:423-434)
   • Prevents extra skeleton flicker when EVM+Solana load but Stellar is still pending
   • Once options exist, loading state is suppressed
2. Fixed SVG accessibility conflicts (chains.tsx, logos.tsx)
   • Added useId() for unique gradient/clipPath IDs in Solana and Rabby SVG icons
   • Prevents ID collisions when multiple wallet icons render on page
3. Improved bridge-utils validation (packages/pay-common/src/bridge-utils.ts:167-422)
   • Better error messages for invalid tokens/addresses
   • Fixed Solana chain ID handling (correctedPreferredChain)
   • Fixed preferred token data in payment config
