This PR adds a simple diffusion model stub (
src/diffusion_model.py) to deconvolve DIA-MS/MS spectra, as a starting point for GSoC 2025. It includes:Relates to Issue Google Sumer of Code 2025: Preamble README #21. Feedback welcome!
