I was just checking the this release on staging vs the last release

There's a missing spacing between the panels that might have been introduced in #1308

I don't know enough about how people are using editor-ui to know if this break any uses when people upgrade -unless you know this isn't going to cause problems, then it might be worth fixing before release?

Also once this is merged in, I can do the the release itself as then I can test the updated release process I described (and there's few items in the changelog I want to group together)
