Revert PR #10856 and #10878 - Remove automated CI results comment feature

Reverts both PR #10878 (token fix) and PR #10856 (CI results comment feature) as requested by @supperthomas in #10883 (comment).

Changes

Removed files:

• .github/workflows/README_CI_RESULTS.md - Feature documentation
• .github/workflows/ci_results_comment.yml - Workflow run trigger implementation
• .github/workflows/post_ci_status.yml - Reusable status comment workflow

Reverted workflow integrations:

• .github/workflows/bsp_buildings.yml
• .github/workflows/format_check.yml
• .github/workflows/static_code_analysis.yml
• .github/workflows/utest_auto_run.yml

All workflows restored to state before commit a10922b01b (PR #10856 merge).

  Set files/directories to exclude (directories should end with "/")
• 将目标分支设置为 \ Set the target branch to：copilot/sub-pr-10883
• 设置PR number为 \ Set the PR number to：10884

3. 等待工作流完成 | Wait for the workflow to complete
   格式化后的代码将自动推送至你的分支。
   The formatted code will be automatically pushed to your branch.

完成后，提交将自动更新至 copilot/sub-pr-10883 分支，关联的 Pull Request 也会同步更新。
Once completed, commits will be pushed to the copilot/sub-pr-10883 branch automatically, and the related Pull Request will be updated.
