Removes [serialize-javascript](https://github.com/yahoo/serialize-javascript). It's no longer used after updating ancestor dependency [@rsbuild/plugin-vue](https://github.com/web-infra-dev/rsbuild/tree/HEAD/packages/plugin-vue). These dependencies need to be updated together.
