This is a huge changes, I don't see anything to complain at glance. But, let's wait merging this until subsquid is updated. Otherwise, we will break the explorer |

Ok this is a significant refactor but the explorer was suffering from the lack of an extrinsic type, which is downstream from subsquid not having one.
