This shouldn't be included in production build, maybe put a ENV check to populate it if in DEV env

This project use BUN as package manager, so please use the same or if using yarn, just remove this yarn.lock from commited file

Some local code that should not be included in production build need to be put under feature flag. Also, the yarn.lock file that is not needed should be omitted.
Lastly, for new resource we should have schemas defined to make the API fully type safe like the other api resource.
