QUA-1604: Add AgentQ video to userguide

Overview

This PR enhances the Agent Q in Action documentation page by adding a new demo video showcasing regulatory document automation and enriching the description of the existing Capabilities video to better convey its scope.

Key Changes

• New "Automating Controls from Regulatory Documents" section: Added a dedicated subsection under Quality Check Creation that demonstrates how Agent Q can parse regulatory publications such as BCBS 239 (Principles for effective risk data aggregation and risk reporting), analyze their applicability to a specific datastore, and automatically create tagged quality checks — preserving full traceability back to the original regulatory requirement. This section includes an embedded Loom demo video and an external link to the BCBS 239 publication (opens in a new tab).
• Expanded Capabilities video description: Replaced the brief one-liner with a detailed explanation of what the MCP one-shot prompting demo covers — specifically, how a single natural-language prompt instructs the model to join data across two different datastores (Databricks and BigQuery), aggregate customer spending on a monthly basis, and author a quality check on the result, all without specifying technical details like join keys, rule types, or field mappings.
• Spell check configuration: Added BCBS to the .typos.toml allowed words list to prevent false-positive spell check failures on the regulatory acronym.
