Description

This PR adds a C++ solution for the LeetCode problem:
"Count Distinct Subarrays Divisible by K in Sorted Array"

Folder Structure

Placed under: cpp/algorithms/arrays/LeetCode_Count_Distinct_Subarrays_Divisible_By_K.cpp
