- Simplified the `simplify` function in `simplify.py` for better clarity and performance. - Enhanced the `create_tile` function in `tile.py` by improving tolerance calculations and code formatting. - Standardized string quotes and improved readability in `wrap.py`. - Cleaned up imports and type hints in `model.py` and `tilemodel.py`. - Improved the `TileReader` class in `tilereader.py` for better handling of tile data and geometry transformations. - Refactored the `TileWriter` class in `tilewriter.py` to streamline tile generation and file handling. - Removed unnecessary imports and warnings in `utils.py`, and improved the structure of the `OmeMicrojsonModel` class. - Enhanced the `MicrojsonBinaryModel` class for better binary mask generation from MicroJSON data.
