3D Pyramid Generator tool based on Argolid

A new image tool based on Argolid is created, which can be used to either:

1. Generate volume zarr arrays from an image collection.
2. Generate 3D image pyramids from zarr arrays.
3. Generate 3D image pyramids directly from image collections.
