I honestly don't think this makes the Crimson Wastelands better, only more dangerous. It is better off as a "wasteland" area, desolate not filled with lava.

I don't think this is an improvement. It feels very messy, and the block palette isn't as nice.

  • The red chalk in the original version is a lot more fun and interesting, the ferrock is quite desaturated and doesn't fit as well.
  • The clay is nice though. I think it would work best in a larger area, like a subbiome that is less rough and rocky.
  • There's too many lava pools, and I don't think there should even be lava here at all.
  • A lot of the stalagmites are 1 block thick, which looks weird. I think the density and size of stalagmites was better before.
