Suggested by Ella.

I made a couple of small changes and converted into a table like the If you are... section.

I like it but it's a big change so I want to hear feedback.

The thing I don't like that much is the division a few hours/ a day.
It seems basically the same... and idk

Bold text is pretty arbitrary too

  • I'd change a few hours per 1 day and 1 day per 1 week, it's more slick and relatively equally inaccurate (the 1 day has a "organize events" point)

I don't see any issues with the technical changes to Tabs and everything functions OK for me on mobile and desktop.

I do have some ideas for tweaking content further, but no desire to delay value. Let's merge and revisit.

I don't see a related issue so will note ideas briefly here.

  • we should include https://pauseai.info/sayno in our list of petitions
  • it seems pessimistic to claim it takes even an hour to reach out to representatives. Actual engagement with any response from a politician re meeting etc. takes you into the few hours territory, but the tooling to find your representative and send a decent templated email to them is much quicker, and this initial contact really counts
  • I wouldn't link the UK email builder while it defaults to Deep Mind. The general builder does a decent job.
  • I think we can usefully link https://campaign.controlai.com/take-action in this regard. You may find their estimates of how quick the tools are to use a little over-the-top (Andrea claimed seventeen seconds yesterday!) but the tooling is sleek. It definitely belies the "one hour" framing.

Sure, if we had a system like controlai it should be quick. But looking for people who email takes a bunch of time in my experience.
I'm not opposed to linking third-party tools. I don't really know why we haven't done it, but I've deferred to that
