Responding to #205 (comment), this PR adds support for GitHub flavoured markdown via remark-gfm. This includes table support - and will make it easier to write blog posts for those familiar with GitHub markdown syntax.
I've updated the event schedule to use a table, which I think looks better (particularly for the second day which has more talks and longer titles).
