We have hardforked.
No need for additional comments on places already under comments.
We also would want to aggressively separate this in the j́avadocs for what it is: A paper added counter. Generally not the biggest fan of exposing these config options, especially when it is named in such a "vanilla" sounding name.

Simply expose
despawnTimeon an Entity and allow it to be modified. Useful to both get the despawnTime of an Entity or if you want to explicitly have an Entity despawn at a specific time (which functionally acts like setting its lifetime).
