This information is incorrect and does not match what is visible in the LifeTime application: "Local administrators can access Lifetime and Service Center with their username and password in emergency situations when an external IdP is configured. Learn more about local administrators.". These Local administrators can also log into Service Studio if the correct feature override is implemented. Since the steps to override the feature are not public, it's best not to mention Service Studio and just match the info that is displayed in LifeTime.
