Hi @anishasingh-dev and apologies for the delay, I thought I'd reviewed this. Thank you for your interest in making the documentation more useful! However, I think by the time a user reaches this page they'd be already familiar with why they'd want to use OpenRefine (since it's after the introduction and installation pages).

Since you have another PR open and there are other open issues, I'm going to close this PR. If you think the documentation would benefit from this section, please create a new issue so others can contribute to the discussion. Thanks!
