Introduced UnitTest envrironment.
Added test case for MkPRotokoll
BoundingRect is now calculated to MKPolyline.

Hello Rick,
I have added the property boundingMapRect to the MKOverlay classes.
To calculate the MKMapPoints, I have also updated the conversion functions between points and coordinates.
However, I was not able to calculate the boundingMapRect for MKCircle, since I could not convert the distance value to number of points. Do you have an idea how this shall be done?
Kindly take a look at the changes and merge them, if you think they are ok.
