With PySide6 v6.10.1 the __feature__ doesn't seem to work as expected. This commit refactors the code to no longer rely on it.

If you get the snake_case and type_property features working with a recent version of PySide6, please feel free to close this PR. In case you would like to have this refactor done after all, this should be pretty complete.
