Adds the gruber-darker theme which is inspired by the emacs theme, used by tsoding

Theme is high contrast, with a simple highlighting after the moto: less is more.

if everything is highlighted, nothing is highlighted

just fixed a typo. written grubber instead of gruber

I just noticed a weird transparency problem with the theme on cosmic with kitty. gonna investigate it a bit, as this theme, basicly is my daily driver theme...

reported the bug upstream. blazkowolf/gruber-darker.nvim#26
seem to be the wrong usage of HL group NONE.
