This PR adds key features for dataset interaction, organization, and processing, along with Autobidsify integration to improve usability and workflow.
Highlights:
User Interaction: Activity tracking, like/save datasets, and user-specific data retrieval
Collections & Projects: Create and manage collections, save datasets, and view collection details
Dataset Organizer: New interface for organizing and managing datasets
File Processing: Support for folder/ZIP processing and multiple formats (DOCX, Excel, NIfTI, etc.)
Autobidsify Integration: Integrated Autobidsify to enable automated dataset conversion and preprocessing
