fix: update scrcpy server to support Android 15

Several changes to make current version work with Android 15 devices.

• Patch with changes from: Genymobile@be3f949
• Bump target SDK to 35

Hi. I wasn't able to build this version.

Looks like we also need to update gradle to be able to build for sdk 35.

Yes, I now have the same issue. I must have updated target sdk without rebuilding or didn't notice the error. More changes needed to use target 35. But the change itself works on our Android 15 emulators.

I'll get back to this PR soon with more changes.
