This PR splits the
GPU CIGithub Actions workflow into two jobs: one for the1GPUrunner, and one for multi-gpu2GPUrunner.Two tests are marked with the
@pytest.mark.multigpumarker to run them on2GPU:tests/unit/dataloader/test_tf_dataloader.pyexamples/02-Multi-GPU-Tensorflow-with-Horovod.ipynb
