Updated event bridge rules for events going from Core to Digital Letters to:
Testing
Message Status Event sent to shared event bus
Message Status Event received by DL event bus
Channel status supplierStatus = rejected & channelStatus = failed
Channel status supplierStatus = rejected & channelStatus = delivered
Channel status paper_letter_opted_in
Channel status paper_letter_opted_out
Channel status rejected
Channel status unnotified (should not be passed)
Channel status different (should not be passed)
