Upgrading versions of GitHub actions that use Node 20 to ones that support Node 24 and pin by hash

Significant Changes

Updated the following actions:
actions/checkout: (v4 to v6)
actions/upload-artifact: (v4 to v6)
aws-actions/configure-aws-credentials: (v4 to v6)
