[PRMP-1365] Adjust content for partial upload

Jira ticket: PRMP-1365

Description

Updating partially successful upload journey content.

• navigate go patient documents instead of home
• new content for what to do next

Adjusted the UT.
Fixed some logic for status handling and cleanup when some files fail to upload.
