NIAD-3464: Add more logs coverage in the code

What

Increasing the communication between GPC Consumer and Provider logs coverage

Why

At the moment it is difficult to diagnose and debug error messages and log entries that appear in logs in case of an issue between GPC Consumer and Provider so this PR increases the log coverage in that code area.
