- Corrected the graphical and physical tire section width of all vehicles.
- Corrected the physical mass, rim size, aspect ratio, track width, and wheel base of all vehicles.
The following changes apply to vehicle performance part tuning options.
- Torque tuning now matches the power output of horsepower tuning.
- Increased the strength of acceleration tuning.
- Fixed an issue where the understeer and oversteer tuning effects would be swapped.
- Increased the strength of understeer and oversteer tuning.
- Fixed an issue where velocity tuning would not reduce nitrous duration.
- Fixed an issue where grip tuning would be applied incorrectly.
- Increased the tuning slider rows from 1 to 3.
- Increased the strength of drift tuning.
- Fixed an issue where front bias tuning would be applied incorrectly.
- Increased the strength of low RPM tuning.
- Fixed an issue where high RPM tuning would be applied incorrectly.
- Added an additional police unit to all heat levels.
- Decreased the amount of heat level reduction from customizing a vehicle.
- Increased the fines for all infraction types.
- Progressively decreased the amount of cost to state required to dispatch a patrol vehicle.
- Progressively decreased the amount of time required for back-up requests.
- Progressively increased the chance for road blocks.
- Progressively increased the chance for spike strips in road blocks.
- Progressively increased the duration and tightness of the 'box-in' formation.
- Progressively increased the police AI reaction time.
- The front and rear police AI line of sight distance is now constant on all heat levels.
- The maximum time to enter a hiding spot is now constant on all heat levels.
- The minimum speed at which the busted meter begins filling is now constant on all heat levels.
- Added over 30 new races to Career.
- Added wanderer racers to Career. These are lone wolves who do not associate with any crew and drive uniquely customized vehicles.
- Added unique track colors for all crews on the World Map screen.
- Changed the unlock order of all vehicles, performance parts, and customization parts.
- Increased the amount of money in Career.
- Increased the maximum Career heat level from 5 to 10.
- Progressively increased the amount of money earned from defensive races, replaying races, and crew challenges.
- Added new, uniquely customized vehicles to all Challenge Series tracks.
- Adjusted the difficulty of all Challenge Series events to match the new vehicle performance.
- Added over 100 new tracks to Quick Race.
- Added all Challenge Series-exclusive tracks to Quick Race.
