I'm going to close this and reopen with a branch with a cleaner git history (e.g. just the dataset-config file) and maintain changes to the notebook in #347 |

Note this users the same notebook as #347 with slight modifications. Considering if we should just have that notebook in one PR so there's no need to review it multiple times 🤔
