Fixed incorrect links

Description

1. Added .md to the link that wasn't working. The link /developer-tools/dashboard/get-started/create-api was returning a 404 error, but after fixing it, it now works and leads to the correct page.

2. The line You can search for the transaction on a block explorer such as Sepolia Etherscan somehow contained a link to https://www.infura.io/faucet. Fixed it to https://sepolia.etherscan.io/, and now the link matches the description.
