Test multi-node FoundationDB clusters in Docker. Set `FDB_NUM_NODES` to an integer representing the number of nodes in the FoundationDB cluster. All nodes serve as coordinators. Signed-off-by: Moritz Hoffmann <mh@materialize.com>
