Test multi-node FoundationDB clusters in Docker. Set FDB_NUM_NODES to an integer representing the number of nodes in the FoundationDB cluster. All nodes serve as coordinators.

Test multi-node FoundationDB clusters in Docker. Set `FDB_NUM_NODES` to
an integer representing the number of nodes in the FoundationDB cluster.
