Load MODs

Prior to install any .mem mod file, those have to be loaded into MassEffectModder.

Notice you can load as much .mem mod files as you may want for a modding run.

Note: You can also choose individual or bulk .mem mod files installation.

Launching Load MODs will open a floating window where you can navigate your PC to select the .mem mod file you want to install.

Loading MODs

Selected mods will be loaded and displayed at the left pane:

At this point, you can also navigate the mod content and to have a texture preview, populating all three panes as explained before in Texture Explorer.

Selecting a mod at the left pane, its content will be displayed at the center pane.

Selecting a texture at the center pane, a preview will be displayed at the rigth pane.

Notice also right clicking onto a mod at the left pane will give you a context menu

  • Apply Mods

Launchs the selected mod install

  • Delete Mods

  • Extract Mods

Extract .dds textures included in the .mem mod file to a folder.

As soon as required mods are loaded, you can install them.

  • Selecting just one mod will install it individualy.

  • You can always select more than one –or all- loaded mods for bulk installing selecting them while pressing CTRL (no contiguos selection) or SHIFT (contiguous selection).

When done, just right click and select Apply Mods.

Applying MODs

During install, in progress info is displayed at the lower left corner and every processed mod will dissapear from the left pane until the modding run is done.

Note: You can improve speed by temporary disabling file scanner like antivirus.
