…tions (test postfix) Under cursor/ps-protocol(Debug buidl) the UNINSTALL SONAME in the cleanup could generate WARN_PLUGIN_BUSY during shutdown. Disable the cursor and ps-protocol around the disconnect and uninstall soname to resolve the test failure. Concept/Review/Testing with: Yuchen Pei
