Rationale
The
ImpersonationContextinterface was originally used only during impersonation. It has since evolved to dictate user permissions in many other cases. It's past time to rename it something more generic.There are no functional changes here, just renaming and repackaging a couple related classes that have nothing to do with impersonation.
