@philbucher same as always, we don't have explicit responsibilities so it's unclear. I guess I was the one who tried doing maintenance, but I got stuck on figuring out how to handle installation on windows. |

I added installation instructions to the README.md. Once the spack/spack-packages#4648 is merged will be possible to install the package usibng Spack.
