sudo commands for hiring Leads

This is as far as I got with speeding up the process of hiring leads for newly deployed networks.
This makes it so a script can create Lead openings with sudo, passing all inputs.

If useful:

1. We don't merge any of this to master, and just keep it for testing purposes
2. We keep the sudo* commands, and I'll revert the changes to the "original" command
3. We use the updated commands, and scrap the sudo* commands
