Add container prop to NonceProvider

Fixes the issue #3680

The container prop will allow to set the custom insertion point for CSS, enabling the use of the component inside shadowDOM.

Giving a little bump on this pr, I'm also facing the same issue. It would be extremely helpful if this could be released, as it seems like it was approved a long time ago. Can we roll this out?
