花了半个周末看了一下hook失败后的反馈，定位到Windows日志提示是
出错应用程序名称： WeChatAppEx.exe，版本： 2.1.0.8555，时间戳： 0x6588ee40
出错模块名称： ntdll.dll， 版本： 10.0.26100.5074，时间戳： 0x0e967e89
异常代码： 0xc00000ff
猜测跟内存有关，改了一版
