fix(perf): Apply some performance optimizations.

• throttle scroll
• move diff check out of ngDoCheck
• use transform instead of top to limit layout reflow.
• remove HostListener that reads scrollTop to prevent unnecessary layout reflow.
• remove zone runs where possible.
