This PR is utilizes the unittest to have minimal and in-depth testing, with local and docker based setup instructions, to address #30, I have created a
testsdirectory within the root of the project folder. It provides a boilerplate structure for running any future unit tests based on new code within a centralized test directory. I have ran the commands myself to ensure that the tests all pass as intended on my end on both docker and local environment.
