Improved SchemaObject interface. Many of its properties can be of type ReferenceObject per OpenAPI specification.

Fixed parameter typing of mapOasSchemaToJsonSchema, mapOasFieldsToJsonSchemaFields, walk and walkSchema: schema parameters can be ReferenceObjects as well as SchemaObjects.
