Replace AGPL-3.0 with the PolyForm Strict 1.0.0 source-available license: repo stays public/readable (transparency for hiring) but distribution, modification, and commercial use are not permitted — so competitors get no reuse right. Dependency inventory is copyleft-free (372 deps, 0 copyleft), so no remediation is required before this change.
