Updated the link for DNS resolvers in the README. The automated checker of public-dns.info has been down for years, and the list is growing stale.

The automated checker of public-dns.info has been down for years, and the list is growing stale. Wirewiki scans the full IPv4 space every month and continuously checks liveness and correctness for these public DNS resolvers.
